If you do NOT have a work email address, your username will be your 6-digit Oracle Person Number (as shown on your paystub). 

Password: 

Your default password format will be (Uppercase initial of legal first name) + (Uppercase initial of legal last name) + (@) + (Last 3 digits of SSN) + (4 digit birth year).
